The Team
Alex Manson
A director of the firm. He studied at Stellenbosch University. He launched Manson Tobin in 1998 and in 2019 started MML Attorneys Inc. He has been in practice for over 25 years and specialises in conveyancing where he heads up the Northern Suburbs branch. He also does commercial work, antenuptial contracts, wills and estates.
Ismaiel Mohamed
A director of the firm. Studied at UWC and completed his articles at a well-known litigation firm. He was admitted in 2010. He spent several years in practice whereafter joined one of the JSE listed companies as a legal advisor. In 2016 he left the corporate environment and together with Marc Leon launched Mohamed & Leon Incorporated and in 2019 started MML Attorneys Inc. He heads up the litigation department specializing in evictions, interdicts and civil procedure. He also runs the commercial drafting department.
Marc Leon
A director of the firm. He studied at UNISA and completed his articles at a well-known conveyancing firm. He was admitted in 2002 and then went on to open his own practice in 2004. He spent several years running this firm and in 2016 he launched together with Ismaiel Mohamed the firm Mohamed & Leon Incorporated. In 2019 started MML Attorneys Inc. He specialises in transfers, bonds and developments. He also runs the estate planning and trusts department.
Melandi Vermeulen
A professional assistant at the firm. She completed her BA LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2003. She was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in 2006. She has been specializing in the conveyancing field since 2006.
Marionette Manson
A professional assistant at the firm. Completed her LLB degree at UNISA in 2018 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2019. She currently specialises in the Bond and Bond Cancellation department. She also attends to estates and lease agreements.
